What information is needed to carry out a search?
To carry out a search on the IASME Supplier Check tool, you will need either the certificate number or company name.
How do I input the information for a search?
To carry out a search, you will be required to upload a CSV file. If you are approved for use, there is a helpful guide section where you will find a template file.
How do I receive the results of my search?
Once your search has been completed, you can view the results. You will also receive an email with a link to view the results. The results are downloadable as a spreadsheet.
Can I see recently expired certificates?
Yes, certificates that have expired in the previous 12 months are shown.
Can I search for companies that are “Trading as” a different name?
Yes
Is there a limit to the number of company names I can search at once?
We have a limit of 5,000 entries per search.
